Refund Policy

At WaitlistMaster, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before subscribing.

1. Subscription Plans

All paid plans (Starter and Growth) are billed on a recurring monthly basis and automatically renew unless canceled.

2. Refund Policy

• No refunds are provided for partial months of service.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through WaitlistMaster or your Paddle customer portal. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Once a billing period has started, you will not receive a refund for that period, even if you cancel immediately after.

3. Exceptions

We may offer refunds on a case-by-case basis in situations such as:

• Technical issues preventing use of the service for an extended period
• Billing errors on our side

4. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or reversal of a payment without first contacting us, we reserve the right to immediately terminate your account and block future access. We will also pursue recovery of any costs incurred due to the chargeback.

5. Free Plan

The Free plan has no billing and therefore no refund policy applies.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
