6. Subscriptions and Payments

• Subscriptions are billed monthly and automatically renew.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account or Paddle portal.
• No refunds for partial months unless required by law.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WaitlistMaster shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
